Overview
The Lab Tracking module allows you to manage dental lab orders generated from axiUm’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) module.
It allows pertinent lab information to be viewed in a single location, giving your clinic staff a concise view of lab orders. Order requests can be sent to both internal or external labs. The Lab Tracking module tracks full order history, as well as any lab fees, labor and material costs.
To ensure dental lab work is completed before a patient’s next visit, Lab Tracking integrates with the axiUm Scheduler module. It tracks the status of your patients’ current lab orders and records when lab orders are due for return. Lab Tracking also provides alerts, preventing your clinic staff from scheduling patient appointments prior to lab completion dates.
